Staff Solutions Engineer

NexHealth is building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Anchor strategic enterprise opportunities by partnering with Enterprise Sales on discovery, scoping, technical design, and implementation
• Own complex integrations end-to-end from initial technical conversation through production launch
• Translate customer workflows into reliable system designs including data flows, endpoints, and webhook patterns
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert on the Synchronizer API, advising customers on architecture and data modeling
• Build scalable technical artifacts such as reference architectures, prototype apps, and integration guides
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams regarding enterprise adoption blockers and documentation gaps

Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Developer Relations, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Hands-on fluency with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and webhooks
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi-month enterprise integrations
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, engineers, and operators
• High comfort level with ambiguity and building processes from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a founding Solutions Engineer at a previous company
• Background in software engineering
• Prior experience with healthcare data ecosystems such as EHR/PMS, HL7, or FHIR
