About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales & Account Management to support sellers integrating with our platform
  • Design and deliver technical solutions, including proof-of-concepts and custom reports
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable integration approaches
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap
  • Create compelling demos and technical deep dives for executives and engineering teams
  • Communicate product features and technical guidance to internal and external audiences

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (partner engineering, solutions architecture, or sales engineering)
  • Experience working with enterprise merchants or global partners
  • Deep hands-on technical expertise with APIs and debugging integrations
  • Professional experience with full-stack development
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Experience leading technical projects in globally distributed teams
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% for onsite client meetings
