About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales & Account Management to support sellers integrating with our platform
- Design and deliver technical solutions, including proof-of-concepts and custom reports
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable integration approaches
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap
- Create compelling demos and technical deep dives for executives and engineering teams
- Communicate product features and technical guidance to internal and external audiences
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (partner engineering, solutions architecture, or sales engineering)
- Experience working with enterprise merchants or global partners
- Deep hands-on technical expertise with APIs and debugging integrations
- Professional experience with full-stack development
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Experience leading technical projects in globally distributed teams
- Willingness to travel 10-20% for onsite client meetings
