Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively across team boundaries
- Partner cross-functionally with PM, UX, legal, operations, and other non-engineering roles
- Take ownership and drive efforts to completion with independence and leadership
- Define technical roadmaps
- Manage team performance
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years experience working with backend tech (e.g. C++, Spanner)
- 6+ years of experience with Front End (Angular, Javascript, React, etc)
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Technical Lead or leadership skills
- Experience in product development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google infrastructure (e.g. Flume, Borg, Protocol Buffers, OnePlatform) or GCP equivalent
- Development experience with C++ or other backend programming languages
- Development experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. Angular, React)
- Experience with scalability and system performance
