Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, develop, test, and ship services and features in a dynamic environment
• Work across the full stack, from building customer experiences to scaling ML pipelines
• Build and enhance MDR solutions, including analytics dashboards, serverless backend services, and big data pipelines
• Take an active role in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a collaborative culture
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every two months

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python in a production environment
• 2-4 years of experience with AWS, specifically Lambda functions and serverless development
• 3+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Serverless, or Ansible
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Proven track record of building cloud-based, highly automated micro-services
• Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for both front-end and back-end applications
• Familiarity with agile software development practices
