Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for critical domains including AI/ML systems, data pipelines, and platform scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in backend, infrastructure, security, and product to integrate advanced technologies
• Spearhead the development of scalable, secure, and performant cloud-native solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in DevSecOps, observability, CI/CD, and compliance automation
• Mentor and develop senior engineers to foster a culture of technical growth
• Resolve complex cross-team technical challenges and align teams around shared architectural decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, or Java
• Proven track record of designing and leading large-scale system architecture
• Expertise in cloud-native architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD best practices
• Experience with API design, microservices patterns, distributed systems, and data pipeline architecture
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML systems, RAG pipelines, or LLM applications
• Familiarity with construction technology, document processing, or enterprise software
• Contributions to open-source projects or involvement in technical communities
