Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Spearhead complex software development and multi-cloud migration projects to ensure alignment with global engineering standards.
• Design scalable, robust software solutions using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Utilize Terraform for multi-cloud provisioning and New Relic for observability.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define the strategic roadmap and technical architecture for evolving cloud systems.
• Mentor software engineering teams and champion high coding standards and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience focused on C#.NET and Microsoft SQL Server.
• In-depth architecture expertise across multi-cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale database migrations and compliance-driven transitions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with cloud security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and Docker for containerization.
• Hands-on mastery of full-stack telemetry and performance optimization using New Relic and Splunk.
