About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect Traba's agent platform end-to-end, including orchestration runtime, eval stack, and integration layers
- Own foundational technical decisions regarding model strategy, retrieval architecture, and tool surfaces
- Build evaluation as an engineering discipline through datasets, graders, and regression suites
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering with 2+ years of production work on LLM or agent-based systems
- Deep expertise in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js and distributed systems
- Proven ownership of a non-trivial production agent system including orchestration and observability
