We are transforming healthcare workflows by integrating deeply with EHR/PMS systems to provide fast, accurate answers for patients.

Responsibilities

• Ship 0 to 1 products by transforming complex healthcare workflows into automated voice experiences
• Architect and scale the core voice AI platform for global volume and sub-second response times
• Partner in product discovery to translate clinical SOPs into intelligent agent behaviors
• Develop and fine-tune integrations with EHR/PMS systems
• Establish engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines and AI integration patterns
• Build for HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare operational rigor
• Influence engineering culture, hiring, and technical standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software
• Proven track record at a top-tier tech company or high-growth startup
• Experience designing and scaling production-grade distributed systems
• Strong interest in implementing AI/ML developments in practical ways
• Ability to thrive in a rapid iteration and high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with voice, NLP, conversational AI, or real-time audio/speech systems
• Experience with telephony systems (SIP/VoIP)
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR)
• Experience building HIPAA-compliant infrastructure
