Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work across the entire revenue lifecycle including contract parsing, invoicing, billing, payments, and revenue recognition
• Architect scalable and secure solutions for complex, ambiguous problems in collaboration with the CTO and product teams
• Implement AI to drive product automation, business process improvement, and team workflows
• Mentor engineers and set the technical bar for a growing team of approximately 30 people

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven track record of leading complex system design in fast-growing environments
• Hands-on expertise with TypeScript, Python, or similar modern languages
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
• Genuine excitement and active engagement with AI advancements
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js, Nest.js, React, or Python-based AI systems
• Familiarity with AWS, Vercel, Stripe, or Plaid
