Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own Suno's billing systems across web and mobile, including Stripe and RevenueCat integrations, subscription lifecycle, and usage metering
• Lead the evolution of billing architecture, including migration to a modern ledger-based model
• Participate in product and strategy discussions regarding monetization and revenue impact
• Build tools and systems that provide leverage for the broader team

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in high-stakes environments (payments, financial infrastructure, or distributed systems)
• Strong instinct for failure modes and system correctness
• Strong product sense combined with technical depth
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Eligibility to work in the US
