Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader and deep domain expert across the stack, owning product areas end-to-end
• Lead large, cross-team projects from architecture through delivery
• Leverage agentic AI to accelerate development across Go, React, and Java
• Partner with design and product management to build high-quality products
• Anticipate customer needs and identify systemic issues affecting reliability
• Mentor engineers and raise technical standards through code and design reviews
• Contribute to product vision and multi-quarter team planning

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Significant full stack experience leveraging responsive design
• Proven track record of leading large or complex projects across multiple teams
• Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, API design, security, and performance
• Strong technical leadership skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping mobile experiences leveraging AI
• Knowledge of data development tools, data infrastructure, or ML
