About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver full-stack, cloud-native financial solutions on Azure, spanning front-end, server-side, and database tiers.
- Architect scalable and resilient cloud solutions to meet real-world demand for global financial institutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by owning delivery pipelines, feature flags, and engineering methodologies.
- Champion software quality through rigorous unit, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Ensure system reliability using observability tools and participate in the "you-build-it-you-run-it" (YBIYRI) on-call rotation.
- Mentor fellow engineers, lead technical design reviews, and stay ahead of emerging technology trends.
- Facilitate the configuration of no/low-code bank connectors to bridge modern platforms with leading financial institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on application development experience.
- Deep expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#.
- Expert-level Microsoft SQL Server database development skills.
- Extensive experience with Azure Services and designing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in building web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong commitment to TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the financial services industry.
- Advanced skills in troubleshooting complex technical issues and understanding Windows operating system principles.
- Proven ability to lead and influence across cross-functional, global agile teams.
