Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of React/Next.js frontend and Node.js/GraphQL microservices
• Drive initiatives to optimize Core Web Vitals and SSR strategies
• Lead the integration of AI coding assistants and LLMs into the SDLC
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Design to operationalize machine learning models and predictive analytics

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a deep focus on SEO-friendly React architectures
• Experience in cloud-native design using AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3)
• Deep understanding of automated deployment and developer toolchains
• Professional experience implementing complex A/B testing frameworks
• Proven ability to mentor engineers through code reviews and RFCs
