Responsibilities

• Design and build a modern cloud-native platform with Elixir at its core
• Develop advanced access control systems for clinical data with fine-grained permissions
• Architect integration engines to connect medical hardware like ventilators and bedside monitors
• Build highly available infrastructure to ensure 24/7 hospital uptime
• Rethink and optimize clinical workflows to create intuitive user experiences

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in both object-oriented and functional programming
• Experience building 0-1 products with strong product sense

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Elixir, Phoenix, Erlang, or Python
• Familiarity with open-source technology
• Passion for making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry
