Responsibilities

• Own complete product surfaces from conception to production, including backend systems, frontend interfaces, and AI integrations
• Ship production AI products that automate complex workflows for thousands of service businesses
• Design systems and product architectures that scale to 100x current usage
• Integrate cutting-edge AI frameworks into customer-facing products
• Partner with leadership to define product strategy and prioritize initiatives that drive ARR growth
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar through code reviews and technical leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of product engineering experience shipping customer-facing products end-to-end
• Track record of building 0→1 products that reached meaningful scale
• Battle-tested experience shipping production AI/ML products
• Expert-level coding fundamentals and sophisticated judgment regarding technical trade-offs
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into solutions
• Ability to operate in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments
