Staff Software Engineer, Managed Orchestration

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of scalable and robust software solutions aligned with the Crusoe Cloud roadmap
• Collaborate with tech leads and engineers to develop cutting-edge cloud solutions
• Evaluate tools and frameworks for reliability, scalability, and operational costs
• Build and manage Kubernetes operators and controllers
• Design system architecture and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security standards
• Lead initiatives focused on networking, quality control, and automation
• Support peer development through knowledge sharing and technical guidance

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong Systems Engineering expertise
• 2+ years of programming experience in GoLang
• Experience with Kubernetes and Linux engineering/debugging
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Terraform and GCP (preferred)
• Understanding of Argo, CI/CD, and Automated Testing pipelines
• Ability to develop scalable systems comparable to GKE or EKS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
