Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and ship new features with a focus on speed, quality, and reliability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
• Lead engineers through the full software development lifecycle from ideation to optimization
• Champion automation and process improvements to accelerate feature delivery
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance standards are met
• Mentor engineers and foster a high-trust, collaborative environment

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software engineering with a history of shipping impactful features
• Deep understanding of system design and software architecture
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
