Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and ship new features with a focus on speed, quality, and reliability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs and product ideas into robust technical solutions
• Lead engineers through the full software development lifecycle—from ideation and scoping to development, release, and ongoing optimization
• Champion automation and process improvements that accelerate feature delivery and maintain technical excellence
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance standards are met
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-trust environment

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software engineering with a history of shipping impactful features in complex systems
• Deep understanding of system design, software architecture, and modern development practices
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Exceptional collaborator and communicator comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong advocacy for continuous delivery, automation, and process efficiency
