Staff Software Engineer, GenAI Platform

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver production-quality agentic AI systems end-to-end using Python, Go, and/or Java
• Define and advance Enterprise Agentic AI and developer platform architecture through practical implementations
• Build and implement multi-agent orchestration patterns using frameworks like LangGraph, MCP, or Claude Code
• Run high-quality POCs on emerging agent architectures and harden them into reusable platform services
• Architect data flywheels to improve agent quality through telemetry, benchmarking, and automated evaluation
• Embed security, guardrails, and policy enforcement directly into agent runtimes
• Evaluate and integrate open-source and third-party agent platforms
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to align architectural direction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on coding proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
• Proven track record in constructing agentic AI systems (RAG, multi-agent orchestration, tool frameworks)
• Expert-level depth in Kubernetes (EKS), service mesh (Istio), and containerized workloads
• Experience with observability systems like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Strong understanding of performance tuning for managed inference and GPU-based workloads

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering reusable developer components like SDKs and APIs
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant) and code embeddings
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms like Glean, Cursor, or Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Background in blockchain, payments infrastructure, or the XRPL/RLUSD ecosystem
• Meaningful open-source contributions
