Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Solve challenging problems to provide high-performance interactive experiences for analytics and workflows on modern data warehouses
• Build software using Rust, Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Slate
• Develop new algorithms and techniques to improve performance and interactivity for large-scale enterprise customers
• Design and implement new software features to support rapid user growth
• Triage, debug, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing root causes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, design, product, and customer support

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience building and maintaining high-quality software
• Experience building and deploying robust, secure web applications in a continuous deployment environment
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals
• Strong sense of craftsmanship and a desire to be a collaborative teammate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building software capabilities for analyzing large-scale data web applications
• Data-driven aptitude applied to solving distributed system problems
• Experience with data model design and API development
• Prior experience working at a high-growth company solving complex technical challenges
