Staff Software Engineer: Full-Stack

Responsibilities

• Lead major product features across the stack from design to launch
• Establish feedback loops with users and the Customer Success team
• Partner with cross-functional teams to architect scalable systems and implement robust software components
• Ensure the reliability and performance of software platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Extensive knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Experience with Python, NextJS, NestJS, Docker, AWS, and Tailwind
• Experience updating codebases with modern framework features like RSC and streaming
• Proven track record in similar senior engineering roles
• Ability to write high-quality code quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a leading AI research institution
• Early engineer experience at a hyper-growth startup
• Experience in world-class product organizations (e.g., Notion, Figma)
• Experience with UI/UX and product design
