We are a Series A company building AI-powered infrastructure that plugs directly into Electronic Health Record platforms to help health systems function at scale.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical bar through high-quality code and architectural decisions
• Design systems spanning multiple components and produce actionable design documentation
• Design agentic workflows, including automated reviews and LLM-assisted QA
• Contribute to AI-powered features such as RAG, function calling, and evaluation frameworks
• Own delivery across workstreams and manage cross-team dependencies
• Translate business requirements into technical execution
• Coach and grow engineering talent through mentorship and hiring

Requirements

• Track record of building complex systems from scratch
• High agency and ability to operate without perfectly scoped tickets
• Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-paced Series A environment
• Daily proficiency with AI development tools
• Strong educational foundation in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency with Node, TypeScript, and GCP
