Staff Software Engineer - ERP & Financial Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex Oracle Fusion integrations and extensions across Finance and SCM using AI-assisted development.
• Own end-to-end technical solutions for high-volume business flows including O2C, P2P, Inventory, and Costing.
• Define and enforce integration standards, error-handling patterns, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Ensure platform stability and performance during peak seasons and financial close cycles using AI-powered monitoring.
• Act as the technical escalation point for critical production incidents, leading AI-assisted root cause analysis.
• Evaluate and implement OCI AI Services (anomaly detection, forecasting, document understanding) within integration pipelines.
• Set AI engineering standards, including prompt engineering and responsible-use guardrails in a SOX-compliant environment.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of ERP technical experience, preferably in retail, eCommerce, or consumer products.
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (BIP, OTBI, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs) and ERP data models.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI services.
• Advanced SQL and PL-SQL skills.
• Daily proficiency with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Practical knowledge of OCI AI Services and their application within ERP integration pipelines.
• Strong understanding of AI-specific risks including hallucinated logic, model drift, and data privacy.
