Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering and product owners to design, refine, and develop products from concept to implementation
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to create best-in-class products and experiences
• Design, build, scale, and evolve platforms, services, and tools
• Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
• Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and automation
• Drive innovation through experimentation and influence teams within your area

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience developing highly scalable applications
• Mastery of abstract programming concepts, design patterns, and OOP or FP
• Hands-on expertise in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Scala, Kotlin, or Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Flutter or React for front-end development
• Experience with Lean/XP practices including TDD, Pair Programming, and CI/CD
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across distributed, multicultural teams
