Staff Software Engineer, Developer Experience

Responsibilities

• Build paved paths and developer tools that accelerate engineering productivity
• Identify and automate away toil and repetitive tasks in the development process
• Develop libraries, tools, and pre-production environments for vetting service APIs and microservices
• Unify internal tooling and vendor services to optimize security and operational efficiency
• Innovate across the development lifecycle, including CI/CD, build systems, and telemetry
• Lead efforts to establish a culture of continuous quality delivery

Requirements

• Experience building developer tools or infrastructure for engineering teams
• Professional experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or Release Engineering
• Expertise in Go and advanced proficiency in Git-based workflows
• Deep understanding of automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI agent platforms for engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with Linux internals and kernel-level optimizations
• Experience informing long-term technical strategy and company objectives
• Active involvement in the open-source community
