Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that spans the full care journey from Ambient AI to autonomous RCM processing. The company handles billions in annual claims and supports over 200 million patient interactions for hundreds of healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform by proposing and implementing improvements to architecture, tools, and technologies
• Build end-to-end products to revolutionize revenue cycle management for providers and administrators
• Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows from design through deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical approaches
• Improve system reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Optimize performance and scalability of web applications
• Mentor and guide engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence
• Conduct in-depth code reviews and drive architectural improvements

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development industry experience
• Proficiency in frontend languages including Javascript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Go, or C++
• Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
