Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-stakes initiatives
• Drive product and engineering alignment to translate customer problems into scalable technical solutions
• Establish and uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, monitoring, and reliability
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to shape roadmap priorities
• Serve as a technical force multiplier through mentorship and systems thinking
• Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks

Requirements

• 8-10 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Deep familiarity with AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted systems
• Outcome-driven mindset focused on impact
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
• Eagerness to work in person in NYC full time

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior startup, hacker, or founder experience
