Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-person projects from concept to production, defining scope and timelines
• Mentor engineers across teams and coach them through complex problems
• Architect scalable systems that power AI-powered patient engagement platforms
• Develop production-grade software that complies with HIPAA and healthcare security standards
• Lead technical discussions and act as a subject matter expert

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience leading complex technical initiatives
• Proven track record of building efficient, maintainable systems at scale
• Experience leading large cross-team projects and being accountable for delivery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration and experimentation
• Comfort with ambiguity and high-stakes technical decision-making
