Staff Software Engineer (Applied AI)

About the Company

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for how we apply agents across the stack to automate the staffing pipeline
• Architect and lead core systems, from real-time matching to autonomous vetting pipelines powered by ML and agents
• Own architecture for the platform, thinking ahead to future scaling needs
• Drive backend performance, reliability, and scale

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Track record of shipping and leading projects at scale with high velocity
• Deep full-stack experience in APIs, data modeling, query optimization, and distributed systems
• Comfort owning ambiguity in an early-stage environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM systems in production
