Responsibilities
- Technical leadership on profiling software design and scalability
- Mentoring junior engineers and promoting continuous learning
- Design, development, and testing of new features
- Fixing bugs and providing customer support
Requirements
- Experience developing complex software using systems languages (Rust or C++)
- Commercial or personal experience with Rust
- Experience with large computing clusters and performance monitoring
- Understanding of system architecture, memory management, and multithreading
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance profiling tools
- Experience with relational databases for data collection
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build tools like Bazel
