Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of major subsystems
• Create and refine product features and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Set a technical vision and deliver flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions
• Shape technical systems' future state by aligning high-level product goals with existing systems
• Lead engineers across teams in crafting technical solutions and fostering technical excellence
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, data engineering, and UX teams

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in software development within fast-paced tech environments
• Expertise in backend systems within large-scale service-oriented architectures
• Proven ability to make strategic trade-offs between business needs and technical quality
• Experience with architectural patterns for high-scale distributed products and services
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and efficient algorithms
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
