Staff Software Engineer - AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of highly scalable intelligent agents utilizing LLMs to automate workflows
• Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for integrating LLMs with the software ecosystem
• Partner with leadership to set the strategic direction for cognitive automation and information extraction
• Take ownership of the development lifecycle for critical machine learning-powered tools
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for production-grade distributed machine learning solutions
• Research emerging trends in AI agents and distributed systems to drive technical consensus
• Lead cross-functional alignment and represent engineering at the executive level
• Mentor and grow engineering talent across multiple levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on large-scale distributed systems
• Extensive experience building and deploying complex agentic applications using LLMs in production
• Expertise in Golang (strongly preferred) and proficiency in Python
• Deep expertise with cloud and container frameworks such as AWS and Kubernetes
• Expert-level understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and evaluation metrics
• Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant and observable distributed systems
