Staff Software Engineer, AI Agentic Experience

Responsibilities

• Design and build developer tooling to secure and manage infrastructure like MCP servers
• Build demo applications showcasing secure, identity-powered AI use cases
• Contribute to open source projects within the AI and identity ecosystem
• Write and maintain high-quality documentation including API references and quickstarts
• Drive integration with emerging AI frameworks by creating adapters and utilities
• Collaborate with design, product, and security teams on roadmap and compliance
• Mentor other engineers in code quality, testing, and architectural thinking
• Influence engineering standards and lead design discussions
• Ensure resilience and security of agent-to-agent and model-to-service communication

Requirements

• Proven track record in building tools, frameworks, or platforms for developers
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Golang, or Python
• Experience with LLM APIs, agent runtimes, or orchestration layers
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards like OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT
• Experience leading architecture and design for scalable, production-grade systems
• Comfort contributing to open source projects
• Strong passion for technical documentation
