Staff Software Engineer – Agentic AI

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high-impact agentic AI solutions and large-scale distributed systems.
• Participate in all aspects of the product lifecycle, including design reviews and proof of concepts.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and solution designs following industry best practices.
• Utilize a variety of technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Aliyun, .NET Core, Java, and Scala.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to raise the bar for the engineering team.
• Solve complex algorithmic, optimization, and scale challenges within a global advertising technology platform.

Requirements

• Commercial development experience in OO programming (C#, Java, or C++).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Aliyun.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scrum tools like Jira.
• Proven experience designing web-based, service-oriented applications and integrated back-office systems.
• Proficiency with distributed source control systems, specifically Git.
• A track record of making significant, self-directed contributions to large-scale software projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building always-on, high-availability systems.
• Ability to work from first principles to evaluate and adapt solutions to unique environments.
• Experience with petabyte-scale data challenges and machine learning pipelines.
