Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop resilient distributed services and high-quality tooling to support product operations and engineering
• Investigate and debug complex issues that span across multiple teams and applications
• Drive software delivery improvements and enhance engineering processes for software development and release
• Work across the organization to accelerate platform scalability, elasticity, and global expansion

Requirements

• Extensive backend software engineering experience
• Proficiency in server-side OO languages such as Java, Python, C++, or Go
• Experience working with Linux environments
• Experience with infrastructure components including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, containers, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with HTTP, REST, and web API development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments
