Staff Software Developer, Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural direction for React (Web) and React Native (Mobile)
• Drive strategy for frontend modularity and flexible UI primitives
• Design robust APIs and data contracts bridging workflow engines and the Care Platform
• Contribute to technical strategy for ServiceOS and AI-powered automation tools
• Champion best practices in frontend observability, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives and draft architecture RFCs

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Deep proficiency in React, React Native, and Python
• Experience building or maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Proven track record of delivering complex full-stack projects
• Fluency in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-tenant environments
• Strong product thinking to translate clinical pain points into technical solutions
