Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability, automation, and scalability across platform systems
• Champion an agentic-AI-first engineering mindset to replace manual toil
• Evolve reliability practices including SLOs, error budgets, and incident postmortems
• Troubleshoot complex cross-layer systems problems involving CI/CD, Kubernetes, and LLM orchestration
• Design and operate infrastructure supporting agentic AI workloads and LLM gateways
• Architect monitoring, alerting, and observability infrastructure for AI-driven services
• Build internal platforms and developer tooling
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Kubernetes/Docker in top-tier cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• 10+ years of coding experience in Python, Go, or Java
• 10+ years with IaC and CI/CD tooling (Terraform, FluxCD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions)
• Demonstrated experience operating agentic AI/LLM-based systems in production
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
• Experience with monitoring/alerting systems like Prometheus or Grafana
• Proven track record of technical mentorship and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FluxCD, Helm Charts, Elasticsearch, Kafka, or Postgres
• Interest in industrial IoT, analytics, or manufacturing
