Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain infrastructure as code solutions using Terraform
• Automate customer infrastructure deployments including multi-account provisioning and database setup
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, build reliability, and deployment automation
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, data, and application layers
• Perform networking and security/compliance work for highly regulated environments
• Leverage LLMs to minimize toil and manage day-to-day operations

Requirements

• 7+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
• Deep hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Significant experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with identity systems (Okta, Auth0) and containerized deployments (Docker, ECS, Packer)
• Knowledge of networking tooling (Tailscale, WireGuard)
• Working knowledge of data platform services (Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, PostgreSQL)
• Experience managing complex, multi-account environments with security and regulatory constraints
• Proven track record of improving developer experience and reducing CI/CD friction
• Ability to integrate AI tools into workflows to improve output
