Staff Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead the machine learning area technically, focusing on building an agentic architecture from scratch
• Collaborate with the software engineering team to develop the necessary structure for managing promotional investment
• Implement guardrails, monitoring, and risk management for agents in production
• Ensure low latency, high responsiveness, and implementation of fallbacks in systems
• Manage the complexity of agents in high-volume consumption environments

Requirements

• Significant experience building agents in production and at scale, such as large chatbots
• Deep knowledge of LangGraph, Amazon stack, and Databricks
• Proficiency in English
• Traditional skills in data modeling and processing
• Ability to adapt and innovate in new and challenging projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-complexity and high-responsibility environments, especially in financial systems or large chatbots
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
