Staff Selection Advisor, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts at all levels of the organization
• Manage the full-cycle selection process, including data collection and analysis within the applicant tracking system
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business strategy, direction, and talent needs
• Source active and passive candidates to provide high-quality interview slates
• Develop diversity recruiting strategies to build a robust and inclusive talent pipeline
• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Monitor industry workforce trends and consult with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Total Rewards team on compensation and leveling
• Support interview training and coach interviewers on hiring best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Proven expertise in full-cycle selection and sourcing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to achieve significant results while working independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Spanish speaking skills
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, specifically within distribution or manufacturing environments
• Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
• Experience supporting start-up business operations or high-volume recruitment
• Background in food service distribution and behavioral-based interviewing
