Staff Security Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and operational owner of the Imprivata OneSign platform
• Lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Imprivata OneSign
• Provide operational support, monitoring platform health, and troubleshooting authentication issues
• Administer MFA platforms including Duo MFA and Windows Hello for Business
• Support Intune platform security, Conditional Access, and Compliance
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, group policies, and organizational units
• Automate routine identity management tasks using PowerShell
• Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and technical escalations
• Ensure IAM solutions meet compliance requirements such as SOX

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Imprivata OneSign or comparable SSO platforms
• Experience managing Duo MFA and Windows Hello for Business
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) hybrid environments
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
• Familiarity with SIEM tools for monitoring identity logs
• English proficiency in speaking and writing
• Willingness to be 24/7 on call and work across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT or Information Security
• 3+ years of direct experience with Imprivata OneSign
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Security
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Imprivata, or Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator
