Staff SAP Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of core SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting
• Architect the Controlling (CO) landscape including CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis
• Implement S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Parallel Ledgers, and Document Splitting
• Own end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes including month-end and year-end closing
• Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers
• Lead SIT and UAT and manage data migration/cutover strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
• 7–10 years of SAP FICO experience
• At least 2 full-cycle end-to-end SAP implementations, preferably in S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Strong background in consulting or Big 4 environment
• Expertise in S/4HANA Finance (Public Cloud)
• Hands-on configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification Public Cloud
• Experience with Group Reporting
• Knowledge of Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
• Experience with BlackLine or Onesource
• Experience with workflow, roles, and authorizations
