About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-level staff positions, from initial requisition through onboarding and integration.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in alignment with firm goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on recruiting best practices and compliance.
  • Actively source candidates via job boards, recruitment platforms, and alternative strategic sourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agency search firms, including reviewing and negotiating contractual terms.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate expertise and suitability.
  • Extend verbal and written offers and manage the negotiation process.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all recruiting activities and files are accurately tracked.
  • Complete pre-employment checks and manage the transition of new hires into the onboarding platform.
  • Establish and track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to report findings to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and effectively reprioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the firm.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources practices and principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within a legal environment.
  • Demonstrated experience seeking and placing talent on a global scale.
