Staff Project/Program Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for the product development lifecycle.
• Partner with the Hi-Rel Division PMO lead to track critical project metrics including schedule, risks, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with functional leadership to identify and remove execution roadblocks and mitigate project risks.
• Work with cross-functional peers to ensure alignment with global methodologies, tools, and systems.
• Partner with Demand Creation, Sales, and Marketing to align execution and sample priorities with market needs.
• Communicate project status updates to leadership and escalate potential issues early to prevent impact on execution metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 5–7+ years of experience working for a major analog semiconductor company.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on technical program/project management experience leading mixed-signal analog product development.
• 3–5+ years of experience as part of a New Product Introduction (NPI) functional team.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of the NPI and product development flow from concept to production release.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MS) or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• PMP certification.
• Exposure to automotive processes such as AEC-Q100 or ISO 26262.
• Experience with FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
