Staff Program Manager

About the Company

Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their HMND-01 Alpha platform is already running in real industrial pilots.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and evolve the BPA roadmap including SLM platform strategy and BI architecture
• Translate corporate digitalization objectives into structured, time-phased programs
• Lead cross-functional software deployments and platform integrations using Agile practices
• Own program governance, including risks, dependencies, change control, and budget tracking
• Champion the Services Lean First KPI framework and ensure BI reporting accuracy
• Manage vendor relationships and make build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions
• Act as the strategic interface between Services, Product, and Corporate IT leadership

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in digital/IT program management
• Track record of leading large-scale CRM, SLM, or ERP deployments
• Experience in mechatronics, industrial automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Proficiency in Agile (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban)
• Solid understanding of CRM, SLM platforms, and BI architectures
• Experience with full budget accountability for digitalization programs
• Elite stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to humanoid robotics or cobots
• Familiarity with service benchmarks in relevant industries
• Experience introducing BI as a shared intelligence layer
• Proficiency in PMO tooling like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
