Staff Program Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage OEM programs to ensure they meet or exceed goals in customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, and team performance
• Act as a key liaison between Tekion, OEMs, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and relationship management
• Drive end-to-end integrations by defining scope, timelines, and stakeholder involvement while proactively removing blockers
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver vendor integration requirements and product improvements
• Manage program risks, implement necessary interventions, and produce accurate, timely status reports throughout the project lifecycle
• Define delivery milestones and success criteria for customer implementations and draft resource allocation plans or Statements of Work (SOW)
• Present and demonstrate Tekion products and services to OEM and vendor partner executives

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience
• Proven experience defining product requirements and managing prioritization
• Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customer executives (CIOs/CTOs)
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented with a strong business ethic
• Ability to thrive in both team-oriented and independent work environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the automotive retail industry
• Direct experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Background in Product Management or complex technical integrations
