Staff Program Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage OEM programs to ensure they meet or exceed goals in customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, and team performance
• Act as a key liaison between Tekion, OEMs, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and relationship management
• Define scope, timelines, and stakeholder involvement for OEM and vendor integrations
• Drive end-to-end integrations, identifying the fastest path to success and proactively removing blockers
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver vendor integration requirements
• Analyze and proactively manage program risks, implementing interventions to ensure successful achievement of project goals
• Produce accurate and timely reports on program status and delivery milestones throughout the lifecycle
• Support product-related activities, including defining use cases, business cases, and user experiences

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience
• Proven ability to define product requirements and prioritization
• Proficiency in software products including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customer executives (CIOs/CTOs)
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented with a strong business ethic
• Ability to excel in both team-oriented and independent work environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the automotive retail industry
• Experience working directly with or at OEMs
• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Experience in Product Management or managing complex integrations
• Sales-mindedness or experience in a sales-adjacent role
