About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead OEM programs to ensure they meet or exceed goals in customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, and team performance.
  • Act as a key liaison between Tekion, OEMs, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee the complete integration lifecycle from initiation to successful delivery, defining scope, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Drive end-to-end integrations by identifying the fastest path to success and proactively removing blockers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver vendor integration requirements and product use cases.
  • Manage program risks, develop resource allocation plans, and draft Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Produce accurate and timely reports on program status and communicate business value to customer executives (CIOs/CTOs).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Proven experience defining product requirements, prioritization, and driving collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in software products including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a high level of professional business ethics.
  • Ability to work effectively in both team-oriented and independent environments.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the automotive retail industry.
  • Direct experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
  • Background in Product Management or complex integrations.
  • Sales-mindedness or experience in a client-facing commercial role.
