Staff Product Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain security regression test suites to prevent recurring vulnerabilities
• Lead structured threat modeling sessions for existing components and new architectural changes
• Conduct manual and automated offensive security activities simulating real attacker behavior
• Perform continuous vulnerability discovery based on OWASP Top 10 and deep product knowledge
• Integrate security testing and regression into CI/CD pipelines
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to implement secure-by-design practices and remediation plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Application or Product Security
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 12 years of professional work experience
• Strong hands-on experience in web application security testing and API security
• Proficiency in threat modeling methodologies and OWASP Top 10 knowledge
• Experience with manual penetration testing and security regression testing
• Proven ability to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, multi-tenant architectures, and cloud-native systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS or multi-tenant platforms
• Familiarity with bug bounty programs, red teaming, and security automation frameworks
• Knowledge of AWS and identity systems (SSO, MFA)
• Background in software engineering with the ability to read and write code
