Staff Product Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain security regression test suites to prevent recurring vulnerabilities
• Lead structured threat modeling sessions for existing components and new architectural changes
• Conduct manual and automated offensive security activities simulating real attacker behavior
• Perform continuous vulnerability discovery based on OWASP Top 10 and business logic flaws
• Integrate security testing and regression suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to implement secure-by-design practices
• Act as a security gatekeeper by reviewing new features for risks and providing mitigation guidance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Application or Product Security
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 12 years of professional work experience
• Strong hands-on experience in web application security testing and API security
• Proven expertise in threat modeling methodologies
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 Web Application Security Risks
• Experience with manual penetration testing and security regression testing
• Proficiency in CI/CD security integration
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, multi-tenant architectures, and cloud-native systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS or multi-tenant platforms
• Familiarity with bug bounty programs and red teaming exercises
• Knowledge of security automation frameworks
• Experience with AWS and identity systems (SSO, MFA)
• Background in software engineering with the ability to read and write code
